Founded Fletcher Consultancy Ltd in 2008 after spending the preceding years managing quality and health and safety for Facilities Companies and Security Organisations. She also completed a number of years as a third party auditor for the National Security Inspectorate.
Victoria Brennan started her career working as an administrator for a Large Facilities Company before being promoted to Quality and Health and Safety Manager. After five successful years in this role she was offered a position working for a certification body, NSI www.nsi.org.uk , inspecting security companies across the UK.
In 2008 she founded Fletcher Consultancy with a keen desire to apply her experience to supporting and developing organisations to implement and maintain compliance in a demanding industry.
She also remained for a period of time (up to 2016) a subcontractor to NSI, delivering training at their head office to company members, writing supporting documentation (9001:2015) and providing auditing in the Telecare Services Industry.
Fletcher Consultancies client base has grown from year to year and we now support all sizes of organisation from the guarding sector, systems, through to medical and general /manufacturing organisations. We provide a vast array of solutions with an aim to ensure it fits each company uniquely.
Al has vast knowledge and expertise in physical and personnel security; as well as risk, investigations and security management.
His Quality Management and Lead Auditing experience was borne primarily through the National Security Inspectorate, where he was responsible for portfolio audit delivery, progressing in to Key client account and operational management.
Al has also worked within the private security sector and held a senior management position for a major security provider in the Midlands.
Having worked within the HR profession for over 20 years Clare has a real life understanding of the issues that managers face on a daily basis.
Clare is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has been for over 10 years. Having achieved her HR qualification, She went on to complete a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. Clare has continued to follow her passion and achieved a Diploma in Coaching, Counselling and NLP.
Clare has held senior HR Management positions in the Public and Private Sector across a diverse range of industries to include automotive engineering, education, health and social care, welfare to work, apprenticeships, retail and business services.
Originally from a Sales Management and Recruitment background, Charles now works as a Management Consultant, specialising within the Banking, Security and Communications sectors but also has
experience in Automotive, Defence, Procurement, Logistics and Hospitality.
With his firm roots in Sales and Recruitment, Charles believes that the Product and the People are the first things to get right and provide for an effective start point of any successful project journey.
